The roofing was done so quickly that I didn't even have the opportunity to learn all of the workers' names. The rest of the work was completed primarily by Caleb and Sam. Both of them took the time, no matter how busy, to answer my questions and understand exactly what I envisioned the final outcome to be. They needed to be pulled off of the job until another contractor finished a different project at my house, but when they were able to return, they picked up right where they left off. I greatly appreciate the company's patience with me when timelines were out of my control. The Serenity Concepts team has given me a "brand new" home, and in my opinion, the nicest one on the block.
